Explore inspirED Resources

We have many free resources to help you launch an inspirED team, improve school climate, and promote SEL skills at your school.

The inspirED Playbook is your one-stop shop for all the resources you need to launch an inspirED team and use the inspirED Process to complete a school climate improvement project at your school. It begins with resources on how to recruit a diverse team, structure a meaningful club, and run productive meetings. The inspirED Playbook also walks you through Assess (e.g. school climate measurement tools, discussion questions for interpreting data), Brainstorm (e.g. techniques for problem finding, templates for idea generation), Complete (e.g. action planning forms, fillable calendars), and Debrief (e.g. reflection questions, ideas for analyzing feedback).

The project database includes over 100 project ideas, each listing instructions, timing, and materials needed to implement the project. You can search the database by the amount of time the project requires, the type of project, and domain of school climate.

The activities database includes SEL activities centered on the words students report wanting to feel, that can be used in classrooms and led by students or teachers. These activities have been featured on inspirED’s peer organizations’ sites, including Panorama’s Playbook, Facebook’s Get Digital, and High Resolves’ Composer.

The educator advocate 1-page resource guides were co-created with inspirED Fellows. They provide information on how to help support the formation of an inspirED Team, how to have a successful kick-off event, how to optimize your support in a youth-voice space, and how school-wide SEL integrates with the work of an inspirED team.
