  • Jot down these qualities on a small piece of paper or save them on your phone to revisit from time to time.
  • Consider looking at the qualities every day by putting somewhere like your bathroom mirror, a notebook, or your phone case.
  • Did it work? You might feel like you’re better able to get in touch with your best self when you’re in a tough spot.
